i'm really impressed with the technology in this car. the ac, the auto adjusting wing and front spoiler, the all wheel steering, it has electronic windows, seats, and electronic control suspension. this car is pretty amazing imho.

Had a great time at the florida3s tampa gathering. It was awesome, some 80-100 cars, from Evos to STIs and VR4s. I had a friend test drive my car. Turned out the only thing wrong with my tranny was the clutch pedal needed adjustment. It was like getting a brand new car. Unfortunately had to come home early. After a half day of "spirited" driving i started hearing nasty ticking noises in my engine. Decided to head home. Half way home car over heats and stalls. Just yesterday I started working on the car. I found out that it was out of oil. It took 3.5 quarts. Had a friend following me the day I had car problems, but I wasn't blowing out smoke. There was no oil on the groud either. checked the coolant and it had oil in it. Ticking noise still exists, but atleast the oil pressure is up and engine is still running.

Things Wrong:
ticking noise
losing oil into the coolant

--------------------------------------------

I am currently putting up the car for sale on craigslist/tampa

Kelly Blue Book says that in that condition it's still worth 7k. so, i'm looking for 7k...or best offer

well, i've been looking for a car for awhile, without any real preference of what it was, just that i wanted it to be a sports car. then i remembered that i used to like this car, so i started searching around for the vr4. i checked out kelly blue book for prices and through one of their ads i found this one in cocoa, fl

hey man your car is pretty sweet. i really like the vr4 ( its extremely hard to come by) more power to you!

Thnx. They are pretty hard to come by, especially at a good price. I got mine for an ok deal, but only cause it already had some problems. The grand he took off the price was pretty much how much it took to fix the problems.
